In the Nexus guide on Nexus Sprint Planning, it says  'Appropriate representatives from each Scrum Team meet to discuss and review the refined Product Backlog'

In this site https://www.thescrummaster.co.uk/scrum/scaled-professional-scrum-and-ne…

It says this -

Who should attend?

Nexus Sprint Planning should be attended by all Scrum Teams and include all team members. (It does say below later that in reality it can be tough to coordinate this large number of people, so each Scrum Teams should nominate a smaller number of appropriate people to represent the team). If an exam question comes.. should the answer be all Scrum teams or just 'appropriate representatives from each scrum team'?

Which one is the correct one? I know that Simon is well known in scrum.org. Any ideas?

The Nexus Guide also says that “All members of the Scrum Teams should participate to minimize communication issues.”

Is it correct that if there is the option of one big collocated space members of all Scrum Teams participate in Sprint Planning. Appropriate representatives of the team are in an open discussion group. Everyone is allowed to participate.

What is exactly meant with "minimize communication issues"? A first thought could be that the more people participate the more communication and opinions. Why does raising participants lower communication issues?

I am new in coordinating a large number a people. Any books etc. to master such situations are welcome.
