Dependency Management Exercise for Product Owners

Hello,

I am currently facing some issues in dependency management with other teams as a Scrum master and I would like to coach Product Owners in effective dependency management through some exercises.

Do you have in mind any activity / game that I could use?

Why is it specifically Product Owners you wish to coach regarding dependency management? What about:

- technical dependencies between items which only developers might understand

- dependencies between Development Teams where people with certain technical skills must be shared

- the possibility of minimizing dependencies by means of architectural design
