New version of Scrum guide November 2017

Hi All

I started study 6 months ago to certificate to PSM I and a lot of busy in my job. Today I return with simulations and studies and see there are a new version of scrum guide November 2017.

Someone would know the major diferences between the last version and if the lastest diferences are apply in the assestment to certificate?

I don't know what, if any, changes have already been made to the assessments, but if you use the resources above, I would say you should have a good understanding of the changes.
