What areas do you consider the product owner should enforce for his day to day?

Hi Dario. After reading the Scrum Guide what areas should the PO focus on in your opinion?

(I'm also uncomfortable with the word "enforce" in this context -- the PO should not exert command and control type authority -- I'm assuming this might just be a poor word choice or English translation issue)
