Hi, I'm heading up the "Client Relation, Sales & Business Development" division within our company (VPS - The Norwegian Central Securities Depository). We are using SCRUM and I would very much like to know if there are any guidelines etc. on how the SCRUM team and Client Relation & Sales team should co-operate to the benefit for the clients.

Any help?

From your reading of the Scrum Guide, how instrumental do you think the Product Owner role might be in this? What responsibilities ought a good Product Owner to fulfil, and to what extent might other team members provide assistance?
