this is one of the interview questions asked recently. what would be the acceptable answer for this.

WHat should a Scrum Master do when the Product Owner is not agreeing. ?

 

Please advise.

Hey Bindu,

Can you give some more context? It really depends on what the PO and the SM is disagreeing about and how your company has implemented Scrum.

What is the PO not agreeing to? Is the PO not agreeing to the Scrum framework? Is the PO not agreeing to what the Dev team decides to work on?
