Hello everyone, I am reading Jeff Sutherland's book and got an idea of implementing SCRUM methods to the team I work with. But something bigger came out and a couple of questions were raised:

- Is there any way to apply SCRUM on Service Management based on ITIL?

- Is there any company that actually made it and have a business case?

SCRUM is really new to me, thus sorry if those questions are too weird.

Thank you.
