Seeking for Scrum User group or meetup in Milan, Italy

Hey there,

I have recently cleared PSM-I scoring 100% at first attempt and now I really would like to get in contact with PSMs in the nearby.

I would like to connect with seasoned practitioners willing to share their experience and have a deep-dive on the application of scrum in the "real" world (especially here in Italy where organizations that claims to be Scrum compliants does not really apply Scrum principles as a whole as well as executive buy-in is minimal).

I heard about these user groups or meetups but coudn't find any with a direct research on the forum. Would you like to help me in finding one?
