Calendar month and dsm duration clarification
It is mentioned that sprint length can be max one calendar month .Does this mean 30 working days.
That mean max 4 weeks.

Would 30 working days per calendar month mean that there is a sustainable pace?
As per Scrum Guide, the time-box for a sprint should be one month or less. It doesn't mention 'calender' specifically but believe it means as many days as are there in that calender month. We appear to have found it more easy to use number of weeks instead, one of the reason I find it easy is that I know a fixed day of the week the previous sprint is ending and which day the next one is starting
I can imagine in markets or organizations where the development cycle is heavily influenced by a monthly occurrence, a calendar month might be the appropriate sprint length, but in most cases, it probably reduces complexity to stick to a set number of weeks.
Interesting question :) Yes, I could imagine the whole "how many working days in a month" question being answered differently depending on cultural, historical and organisational context :)
