Could someone tell me - during a sprint, should all resources (PO, Developers, SM) be dedicated to that sprint or can they also be involved in other pieces of work? For example, could a developer be involved in two separate sprints at the same time?

Does the Scrum Guide forbid such an arrangement?

Would the team consider this to be the best implementation of Scrum in their situation? What would the implications be for Scrum values such as commitment and focus?

The implications would be bad, but I can't find anything in the Scrum Guide about this
