Hi,

I am thinking of using legos in retrospectives, I have read https://luis-goncalves.com/lego-retrospective/ , have any of you tried any other formats while using legos during retrospectives?

I have heard of this format (not necessarily how he describes it), but never tried it.

I'd be cautious over some of the info/opinions on this site (that I've just discovered, thanks to you), ie

luis-goncalves.com/what-is-scrum-methodology/: WHAT IS SCRUM METHODOLOGY?

luis-goncalves.com/what-is-scrum-master/ I’ve written an extensive piece about Scrum Methodology, and I highly suggest that you visit it first before continuing reading this page

IMHO that would be design-thinking inspired way of implementing artefact as per scrum framework. methodologically, one might explore 'lego serious play' for details.

Well, I want to try but do not know the procedure.

I am looking for the best time to explore this thing.
