Good evening dears

SRS is software requirements specification….OK?

Now the question is:

Does Scrum have SRS?

If yes: What are the contents of Scrum’s SRS? And who writes it?

Many thanks for your time and answers

Knowing that Scrum is a lightweight framework, and that one of the Agile Manifesto values is "Working software over comprehensive documentation", what might you conclude about an SRS document used in Scrum?
