Hello! I'm looking for a team for my first project but I don't know what to pay attention for except for the skills. There are dozens of articles on the internet but I would really like to hear advices from real people. At least I'll be grateful for a GOOD article. Thanks!

As well as skills there are traits. Skills are perhaps more easily taught. What traits do you think you should look for in Development Team members, a Product Owner, and a Scrum Master?

Also, would you say that you have an organizational culture which supports a Scrum way-of-working? Is there any history yet of planning, developing, integrating, testing, and releasing increments of work at least once every month?
