How Scrum Processes can be normalized?

Just like how we do Story Point normalization if multiple teams are working on the same Product Backlog, how the SCRUM PROCESSES can be normalized?

Any suggestions?

Do you mean standardized? Why would you do that?

Have you also standardized the way different teams estimate their stories/work? Again, why would you do that?

Scrum is not a process, technique, or definitive method. Rather, it is a framework within which you can employ various processes and techniques.

Can you clarify the problem you see in employing various processes and techniques, which leads you to seek normalization?
