Hello Scrum family,

I cleared my PSM1 in first week of January and i have been trying to interview for the same. I been working as a Business Analyst for 5 years now. I want to move from BA to Scrum Master, but this journey seems to be so difficult. I have been applying for jobs for Scrum Master but everyone is asking for experience. I have good knowledge about scrum. I passed with 98.8% and I understand how scrum works in real time. But for some reason, i am not able to convince the hiring manager.

Is there anyone here who could help me with the job search or recommend me in their work place? I really need help. I been out of work for 2 months now. My current location is Illinois, and i am also open to relocate to Texas and/or Arizona.

I really appreciate your inputs Scrum family.

Regards,

Nasir

Hi, Nasir

Sorry, really don't want to offend you but in my mind the PSM1 is not a guarantee to find a job.
