How  to manage cross systems business requirements in single jira instance.

can we make use of the concept called Label to categorize the story from the different systems or Modules

You can read about Jira here (https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/federating-jira-managi…). This guide was very useful when we worked on different projects (employee monitoring software, spy detecting software, e.t.c.)
