I am working on the register of the most important lessons after a project is done because I believe we are repeating mistakes from past projects. I read a few articles and decided to start very simple with a spreadsheet, but it occurs to me that there should be better ways to do this.

Do you know if SCRUM has something regarding the matter? Or a software that gathers the best emerging practices?

In Scrum, each Sprint can be seen as a project. How might that impact the need for the register you describe?

Thanks for this suggestion!
