Hello All,

I am looking to do some additional courses that would support my PO career. What would you suggest? I am not only referring to specific PO geared courses, but also general ones that would add value with additional suitable knowledge. For example, I would think that a course on Negotiation would support the PO's job spec.

Many thanks,
Justin

Since a PO must work with a Development Team in order to maximize the incremental delivery of value, perhaps some training with a technical focus would provide useful insight?

Thanks for the suggestion. I will look into that. I am also looking for ones that would enable me to work better with the customer in establishing and defining the value from a business view point.

I generally recommend that PO's try and develop an enterprise lean startup competency, on the basis that the best PO's I've worked with tend to take an entrepreneurial view.

Lean Startup Machine run workshops.
