Hi, have you ever heard about the use of Scrum outside of the software development ?
I mean projects in which software has not to be developed.
I use lean methodologies like visual planning, war rooms, stage & gates, ...

There are approaches in hardware development (with rapid prototyping) and education (http://eduscrum.nl/file/CKFiles/The_eduScrum_Guide_EN_December_2013_1.0…).

This is another site with case studies. It contains software and IT but also other cases:

And also scrum.org itself has some:

For example the Thales case study.
