Hi,

I am a product owner and recently done PSPO II certification. Since significant amount of syllabus for PSM II certification is covered by PSPO II, shall I do PSM II certification as well? As a PO, do I really need PSM II Certificate (it's $250 question)? Will PSM II certification conflict with my PO role and cause any challenge in future job search? Please advise.

Agile and Scrum in particular is empirical process.

Certification is only good for the sponsors OUTSIDE of Scrum and Agile to be more commercially competitive.
