Hello Everyone! My name is Julio Herrera and I am a freelance software developer from Italy. I've been dealing with a venture for some time in our organization (retail, not IT). We are attempting to arrive at a scrum strategy. The objective of the venture is to build the commercial center's profit. Our primary CRM framework is 1C and the entire organization works there - we make errands with cutoff times for one another and we are utilized to that. The issue is we are attempting to sort out some way to oversee it utilizing 2 CRM frameworks like Trello for errands (scrum) and 1C for our organization undertakings. Since errands presumably will bend over so it resembles a twofold occupation with the cards in Trello.

One starting point is dont adapt method or framework(Scrum in this case) to the tool(Trelli), adapt tool to the method. Thankfully Atlassian soft like Trello or Jira are now compatible with other soft, so it is possible to use combination of Trello with something which fits. Microsoft Excel is a best software for Scrum mankind has invented so far.
