The Scrum master allocation in hours during a sprint should equals to any other scrum developer in a team ?
or the Scrum master can take a buffer for resolving impediments , dealing with interruptions and coaching his team in their stories ?
if yes he should take this buffer , how usually it is calculated for example (-5%) from any other scrum developer in the team ?

Where are you allocating Scrum Master? Is he going to do some pre-defined tasks?

There is no specific guidance on Scrum Master allocation to the project. Usually it is not full time role unless the work is complex and big involving multiple teams and a lot of traction. You can start with just anything then refine as you go sprint by sprint.
