Hi ,

Can a development team who is currently part of a scrum team work on other project also simultaneously?

Thanks

The Scrum Guide does not prohibit Development Team members from working with other teams or initiatives, and there are Scrum scaling strategies that do support this.

But an entire Development Team working on a separate project outside of their sprint forecast, and in fact outside of the Scrum framework?   What do you think the impact might be on that Development Team's ability to meet it's sprint goal?

It is highly recommended for members of the Development Team to work full-time on a single project, to stay focused and agile.
