Scrum in Government

There is generally no bigger organization that government and with government comes politics and hierarchy, yet most government agencies around the world are attempting to become “more agile”. To achieve the goal of agility, many agencies are adopting Scrum, but with self-organization and servant leadership being somewhat new to the world of government, how does that work? 


In this panel discussion of Scrum Experts Ravi Verma, Jill Graves, Alasdair Macleod and Mikkel Toudal Kristiansen who have a wide range of experience working with government agencies, they will talk about the challenges that they have faced and ways that they have worked to overcome those challenges when implementing Scrum in support of delivering software for government agencies.
