Requirements

This course is unsuitable for professionals with only limited Scrum knowledge or experience.

A fundamental understanding of Scrum is required, preferably acquired by completing the Professional Scrum Master course (with a PSM I certificate).

Exam and Certification

All participants completing the Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills™ (PSFS) course will receive a password to take the PSFS certification test. This code is valid indefinitely, allowing you to take the test online whenever you choose. If you take the test within 14 days after receiving the code and you do not pass with the required score of 85%, Scrum.org offers a free second attempt. If you take the test later and don’t pass, you must request a new access code from Scrum.org. Any additional attempts will have separate costs not included in the training course.

Earning the official PSFS certificate, issued by Scrum.org, means that the certification holder has demonstrated an understanding of how to harness facilitation principles, skills, and techniques. If you pass the certification test, you will:

  • Receive the Scrum.org Professional Scrum Facilitations Skills certificate.
  • Become a lifelong member of the Scrum.org community.
  • Be included in the global Professional Scrum Master database.
