Bogdan Onyshchenko is a highly experienced Agile practitioner and Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) with over 12 years of professional experience spanning software development, Scrum Mastery, Product Ownership, Delivery Management, Agile Coaching, and Transformation Consulting. He has worked across multiple industries — including telecommunications, logistics, retail, gambling, tobacco, finance, oil and gas, and construction — and in diverse cultural contexts such as Ukraine, Poland, Germany, and Kazakhstan. This cross-industry and cross-cultural exposure gives Bogdan a unique perspective on what makes Agile and Scrum truly effective in real organizations.
