The Professional Scrum Master (PSM) course is an interactive, activity-based training designed to help participants develop a strong understanding of Professional Scrum, the Scrum framework, and the Scrum Master accountability. The course goes beyond mechanics and focuses on the principles and theory that underpin Scrum, enabling participants to apply Scrum effectively in complex, real-world environments.
Through a combination of discussion, hands-on exercises, and practical scenarios, participants learn how Scrum helps teams and organizations solve complex problems, deliver value, and continuously improve. The course emphasizes why each element of Scrum exists and how they work together to support empiricism, transparency, inspection, and adaptation.
This training challenges common misconceptions about Scrum and the Scrum Master role and equips participants with practical skills they can apply immediately when working with Scrum Teams and stakeholders.
