Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1- Is there any prerequisite for this course?
Nope. This course is AI beginner-friendly and walks you through everything step-by-step, even if you’ve never used an AI tool before.

2- Do I need to participate in any product management course before attending this class?
Although it’s not mandatory, having a basic understanding of product management is recommended. That would be beneficial if you have already participated in the PSPO or PSPO-Advanced class.

 3- What does practical exercise mean? Do we really use AI tools in class to create some results?
Absolutely. In each session, you will get one or more practical exercises to experience AI tools in various scenarios. You will make your hands dirty with other classmates by using AI tools, which gives you an exceptional experience of learning.

4- Do I need to already have accounts for various AI tools?
No. You don’t need to do anything. We will give you credentials (username and password) for each AI tool that is supposed to be used in class.

5- What type of AI tools will be used in the class?
AI tools are evolving daily. So, we can’t give you a fixed list of AI tools. But, you will experience a vast range of AI tools for various scenarios that generate various types of content (like text, images, video, audio, etc).

6- Do I need to already know how to use various AI tools?
No. For each exercise, we will give you a quick introduction to the AI tool and how to use it. Don't worry about it. This is a discovery-based learning. So, be ready to encounter a lot of new things in the class.

7- Do I need to setup or install any AI tool on my computer before the class?
No. All AI tools that we will use in the class are online services. So, you don’t need to setup or install anything on your computer.

8- What do I learn for the product ownership side?
The foundation of this class is the PSPO-Advanced course, where you get familiar with various stances of a Product Owner. This class takes you to the next level by incorporating AI capabilities into the various stances, including visionary, customer representative, experimenter, collaborator, decision maker, influencer, and orchestrator (new stance).

9- Is there any certificate for this course?
Absolutely. Participants of the PSPO-AI Essentials course will get two attempts for the PSPO-AI Essentials exam included in the class fee. You need to pass the exam to get the certificate.

10- What are the characteristics of the PSPO-AI Essentials exam?
You will get 20 questions with a 30-minute timeframe and need to score 85% to pass. The exam is online, and you can take it from any internet-connected computer, even from home.

11- What if I don't pass the PSPO-AI Essentials exam on the first attempt?
You will be given a second chance free of charge and automatically if your first attempt was made within 14 days of the training.

12- Is there any annual renewal fee for the PSPO-AI Essentials certificate?
No. This is a lifetime certificate and doesn’t expire. So, no annual renewal fee is required.

13- Is there any mock test (simulated exam) for the PSPO-AI Essentials exam?
Yes. There is a set of mock tests for the PSPO-AI Essentials exam that you can use to practice and prepare yourself before taking the main exam.

14- Do I see the PSPO-AI Essentials certificate on my profile on the Scrum.org website?
Absolutely. As this is a formal course of Scrum.org, if you pass the exam, you will see your earned PSPO-AI Essentials certificate on your profile on the Scrum.org website. 

15- Is this course just for Product Owners?
No. Although Product Owners are the target audience of this course, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and even Project Managers are welcome to the class. In fact, everyone involved in the product management process will benefit from this class.

16- How do I do class exercises?
Participants will be divided into teams with a maximum of 3 members. They do exercises together in each team to create synergy and, of course, learn from each other.

17- Will the class really help me to immediately start using AI in my daily work?
Absolutely. You will leave the class with a bunch of practical learnings, preparing you to implement them in your context right the day after the class.

18- Can I claim PMI PDU credits for attending the course?
Yes. You can claim 7 PDUs for attending this class.

19- Is it possible to rejoin the class in the future?
Absolutely. You are always welcome to rejoin the PSPO-AI Essentials class free of charge to refresh your mind (exam not included). If you want to retake the class, just send us an email.

20- Is the trainer available after the training if I need help?
For sure. The trainer will share his WhatsApp number with you at the end of the class. So, whenever you need his help and support in the future, you can chat with him directly.

21- What is the vibe of the class?
Classes don’t need to be boring. The intention of this class is not only we want to effectively learn together, but we also want to do it with joy. So, get ready to experience both learning and fun in an energetic class. 

22- What is the best way of being in class that I should show?
The more you give to the class by your proactiveness, the more you will get from the class. So, just make a definite decision that you will bring your best to the class where you are completely active, contribute to all exercises, and help other learners to get the most out of the class. This way, you will experience a class that you haven’t seen before.

23- Can I register now and pay via invoice later?
Yes. At the end of the booking process, choose the “Book and pay later via an invoice” option. By doing this, you reserve your seat and receive the invoice automatically. Then you can pay it later or send it to your company to pay it.

24- Is it possible to have a direct chat with you if I have questions?

25- What tools do you use to run the class?
We use Zoom and Miro to run the online class. On Miro, we use a unique structure for the content.
