Professional Scrum Master - AI Essentials

This course confronts what AI means for Scrum Masters and how they can use AI to improve their capabilities and support the Scrum Team. It also confronts how AI can be applied by the members of a Scrum Team, how AI influences the organization, and includes essential guidance on adopting AI responsibly and securely.

The course learning outcomes are:

• Explain key AI concepts, including machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and agentic AI.
• Describe how AI supports effective Scrum Team facilitation and collaboration.
• Discuss how AI tools can enhance the Scrum Master accountability through real-world use cases.
• Demonstrate practical uses of generative AI tools to support the Scrum Team and Scrum events.
• Demonstrate effective AI prompt engineering to get the desired results.
• Integrate AI tools in day-to-day work.
• Implement AI-informed behaviours in day-to-day work.
• Apply ethical and responsible practices when adopting and working with AI.

This course is appropriate for Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches with a solid understanding of the Scrum framework and experience working on a Scrum Team in any industry, as they learn how to integrate AI into their roles.

This will be a remote, online course so you can learn from your own home or office.
