Scrum.org Delivers Japanese translation of PSPO I Certification and Product Owner Open Practice Tests through collaboration with ITpreneurs Japan/Asia Pacific and Scrum Lighthouse
BOSTON & TOKYO, April 2, 2026 – Scrum.org, the Home of Scrum, announced today that the globally recognized and respected Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) certification test is now available in Japanese. Additionally, the Product Owner Open practice test is available in Japanese. These translations build on last year’s release of the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) and amplify Scrum.org efforts to make Professional Scrum more accessible to practitioners in Japan and to those who are fluent in Japanese.
The Japanese version of the PSPO I certification test was developed in collaboration with ITpreneurs Japan/Asia Pacific Inc., a Japan-based organization that provides practical training on Agile and Scrum Lighthouse, an international training organization. To better support learners in Japan, Scrum Lighthouse has independently translated and curated learning materials to help prepare for the PSPO I and PSM I assessments. These learning journeys are now available at www.scrumlighthouse.com. The work brings together bilingual capability and deep Scrum experience, strengthening both the quality and the precision of the translations.

The translated certification test will provide Japanese-speaking students the option to take the test in their native language. It also offers companies with Japanese-speaking employees an opportunity to support their teams in validating Scrum knowledge and advancing their skills. The Japanese version of the PSPO I will be available to anyone globally.

「The Home of Scrum」を掲げるScrum.orgは、グローバルで高く評価されているProfessional Scrum Product Owner I（PSPO I）認定試験の日本語版を提供開始しました。あわせて、無料の模擬試験である「プロダクトオーナー・オープン」も日本語で受験できるようになりました。今回の日本語化は、昨年リリースされたProfessional Scrum Master I（PSM I）に続くものであり、Scrum.orgが提唱する「プロフェッショナルスクラム」を、日本国内の実践者や日本語話者の方々にとってより身近なものへと広げていくための取り組みを、さらに強化するものです。
「PSPO I」認定試験の日本語版は、日本国内でアジャイル・スクラムの実践的なトレーニングを提供する株式会社ITプレナーズジャパン・アジアパシフィック（以下、ITプレナーズ）と、グローバルにトレーニングを提供するScrum Lighthouseの協力のもとで開発されました。
日本の学習者をより手厚くサポートするため、Scrum LighthouseはPSPO IおよびPSM I試験の準備に役立つ学習コンテンツを独自に翻訳・整備しており、現在 www.scrumlighthouse.com にてラーニング・ジャーニーが公開されています。両組織の持つ翻訳の知見とスクラムの専門知識を組み合わせることで、高品質な翻訳が実現しました。
