Dear all,

I am here, asking you some tips for PSM1 exam regarding Coaching & Facilitation because I failed the exam with 66,7% of score in this area of scrum.

could you, kindly, indicate me some links (article, blog, etc..) where I can learn more about it with real examples?

I studied hard the ScrumGuide but for the PSM1 exam is not enough..

Many thanks in advance for your response.

Cheers

Simone

Use the open assessments available on this website. There are a lot of threads about this topic and some users have mentioned other resources but I passed on my first go round and I didn't use external resources.

I attended a PSM training course (well worth the investment), then I read the Scrum Guide 10 times throughout the 2 weeks prior to attending the course and then until I took the exam, lastly I took the open assessments on this site until I scored 100% 10 times in a row.

The parts on the exam that are not covered in the Scrum guide is the interpersonal and coaching experience that you learn from interacting with people. This is not something that you could really teach in a book in my opinion.
