PSD - Documentation from an agile perspective

Hey all,

I've just passed the Professional Scrum Developer 1 exam, and from reading the follow up email sent to me, the area I fell down in the most was the "Documentation / Persistence - Documentation makes information persistent. Documentation is incrementally maintained, and is a development activity." topic. I was a little surprised to see this topic feature in the exam, because during my prep study I didn't really see much focus on documentation in any websites/mock exams/documentation I read.

Could anyone provide a decent resource on this topic so I could fill this gap in my knowledge? I've tried googling with little success.

As I have no background in programming, I was not immediately interested in PSD certification. But without a knowledge in testing and CI, it appears to be a weakness for a better scrum understanding in my opinion. It becomes a personal challenge to prepare the PSD for someone who is not a developer.



I browsed many threads in the forum about the PSD. The documentation seems to create some difficulties for this certification.

Can someone who has passed the PSD confirm if this resource is relevant or not on this topic?

Hi @David Skerritt , could you please share your experience of taking PSD 1 exam and the resources you used to gain knowledge and pass the exam. I am Full stack Developer/Business Analyst and have several years of experience working in Scrum team. I also recently passed PSM 1 and PSPO 1 certifications in first attempts.
