Learn how to use Scrum to optimize value, productivity, and the total cost of ownership of software products in this two-day course. Get the tools that will enable you to relate to behavioural shifts, work effectively with people and teams, and address your organization.

Students who complete this course will receive a password for the Professional Scrum Master I online certification assessment. Those who attempt the PSM I assessment within 14 days of the class and do not score at least 85% can make a second attempt at no cost.
