PSK Implementations - Looking to for Experience Reports

My company is looking to implement PSK for our existing and future Scrum teams.  I'm looking to gain exposure to others use of PSK and incorporate their experiences and ideas into our strategy.  We are specifically interested in starting PSK with a team new to agility. 

 

Currently I am working with an existing team to

  1. get the baseline for cycle time, throughput, work item age, and work in progress,
  2. provide some interactive training on Little's Law,
  3. define their workflow, 
  4. determine work in progress limits
  5. Set a goal for an SLE

I would love to hear how others have implemented PSK, thanks in advance.
