Zurich, September 30 – Special Edition: Banking, Insurance & IT Services Case Studies

This special edition is designed for Product Owners and Product Managers in banking, insurance, and IT services. In these domains, complexity, compliance, and customer expectations require more than just agile rituals — they demand clear product ownership and measurable results.

We will work with real-world case studies showing how agile product management principles can be applied in financial services and in IT service environments where organizations are exploring how to package and quantify new services.

Key learning outcomes:

  • Structured Value Goals: Learn how to define goals so that 95% of features or services have clear, measurable value criteria before development starts.
  • Customer Trust & Satisfaction: For IT service companies, establish measures to achieve a 20% increase in customer confidence within one year of introducing a new service to the company’s portfolio.
  • Time-to-Value: Apply prioritization techniques to reduce lead time for high-value backlog items or service requests by 30% over baseline.
  • Traceability of Benefits: Ensure that 80% of implemented backlog items can be explicitly linked to business outcomes or SLA improvements.
  • Service Reliability: Learn to define and monitor product/service goals (e.g., uptime, response time) so that 90% of releases improve or maintain SLA compliance.

By focusing on measurable value rather than outputs, participants will leave with tools and practices they can immediately apply to:

  • sharpen product ownership in regulated industries,
  • outline new services that expand the company’s portfolio,
  • and drive real impact in their organizations or client engagements.
