*Anyone involved in project management - regardless of their specific/varied job title or seniority is welcome to participate. I kindly invite all project managers and related roles to take part in this survey. It will take as little as 5 minutes to complete as a minimum, and all responses will remain confidential.

I am currently pursuing an MSc in Industrial Project Management at the University of Birmingham in the UK. As part of my research, I am exploring what do the terms Agile and Traditional/Waterfall mean to project managers.
I am seeking project management professionals to complete a questionnaire to share their perspectives on Agile and Waterfall methods. The estimated time to complete the main questions is 5–15 minutes, with an additional 10–15 minutes for optional questions that will provide deeper insights into how these approaches are understood, implemented, and selected.
Confidentiality: All responses will be strictly confidential and used only for research purposes. The results will be reported anonymously, with no individuals, teams, or organizations identified. No personal information will be collected unless you choose to provide your email or phone number for a follow-up. Any contact details will be deleted after clarification, and your responses will remain separate from your contact information.
