I believe Product Owners and Scrum Masters should invest in themselves to learn how to leverage AI in their daily work and be able to create such content.
You can use this media to communicate your messages more powerfully, like your product vision, marketing videos, welcome video to new team members, sharing ideas with stakeholders in a video style, etc.
This video was created by AI for Product Pros without expensive gear or software.

You can see how AI can help us communicate our product messages powerfully.
Have you thought about how you can create such a video with AI? Here is the process. For this video, I have used these tools:
1. Google Veo 3 Fast
2. Minimax Image Generator
5. Camtasia
Step 1: Write down your script.
Step 2: Break down your video into several scenes, each lasting a maximum of 8 seconds. Each scene contains an Image generation script, a Video generation script, and a Narrative script.
Step 3: For example, for the first scene of this video, I used this instruction for it:
Image generation script:
A lady wearing a black business suit, smiling and walking toward the camera with one big lion next to her on a quiet street with a colorful background of modern buildings.
Video generation script:
The lady and lion walk and look into a fixed camera, and the lady energetically says, "This video was created by AI for Product Pros without expensive gear or software." Don't show subtitles.
Narrative script:
This video was created by AI for Product Pros without expensive gear or software.
Step 4: Give the Image generation script to the Minimax model to generate a few images. Then choose the best one.
Step 5: Give the generated image from the previous step and the Video generation script to the Google Veo 3 Fast model to generate the video. It’s not free, and I can say it's a bit expensive.
The main advantage of the Veo 3 model is that it generates the voice and the lip sync, giving you a talking video result. It’s amazing.
Step 6: Adding all these materials to Camtasia to mix them and create the final result. In Camtasia, I have added background music and some text to scenes.
Step 7: Rendering the result in Camtasia to create the final video.
As a heads up, this video cost me around 30 USD to create.
