Nice Video. Here is my two cents – As you described it’s a daily collaboration meeting to inspect their progress to achieve the sprint goal and adapt the plan what to do to achieve next 24hrs to achieve the sprint goal.
There are couple of aspects which make team to work together and work collaborative.
1.The selected Product Backlog items deliver one coherent function, which can be the Sprint Goal. The Sprint Goal can be any other coherence that causes the Development Team to work together rather than on separate initiatives. Daily Scrum become less collaborative as there is less cohesive, DT are giving their own individual status rather than teams progress towards to Scrum Goal
2.Limit the work in progress: This will bring to work together rather than Silos, individual functions and more collaborative.
Thank you Roland,
it was very short but useful explanation which helps to have a right focus on this meeting!
Thanks again
