Many teams feel the need to prepare for a first Sprint by doing designs or other work that doesn't provide value through their customers' eyes. This approach has become known as Sprint Zero. There is no Sprint Zero in Scrum, as each Sprint is intended to produce an Increment of value. We take our own advice, kicking off this vlog series by doing something meaningful.
