hi, I have one question - during planning meeting once capacity of sprint is confirmed with available resources lets say 600 hrs for the two weeks sprint. How do we consider velocity for that sprint - Assuming that its a new team and it is their first sprint.

If its a third or 4th sprint - we take the average of previous sprints velocity and plan accordingly.

Any correlation between storypoint and hours, awaiting for early reply
