Ashwin Kumar is a seasoned trainer, coach, and transformation leader with over two decades of experience in empowering individuals and teams to operate with clarity, purpose, and agility. With a strong foundation in software development, delivery excellence, and change leadership, Ashwin has successfully guided organizations through the dynamic terrain of Agile transformation across both product and service domains.

His expertise spans Scrum Mastery, Agile coaching, and Organizational Change Management, where he combines strategic insight with deep hands-on experience. Ashwin is known for helping teams go beyond frameworks — enabling them to embed a culture of client centricity, self-organization, deep collaboration, and continuous adaptation.

His current focus lies in helping leaders and teams align on outcomes that matter, reduce overload, and create  conditions needed for sustainable agility. He holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering and a Master’s in Quality Management.
