Andreas Loh

Andreas began his career deep in software development, spending many years in Scrum Teams across startups, mid‑sized companies, and large enterprises. Through these experiences, he saw how great environments unlock both people and product success — and how poor conditions can silently limit both.

Motivated to make a broader impact, Andreas moved into full‑time Scrum Mastery in 2020 within a large enterprise. He believes strongly that pressure never accelerates true progress — "Pressuring a development team is as helpful as tossing whole eggs — shells and all — into the mixing bowl and expecting the cake to be done sooner," as he often says.
Since then, his focus has been on helping teams build supportive, value‑driven workplaces — the kind he always wanted for his own teams.

Whether guiding a single team or supporting scaled setups with Nexus or LeSS, Andreas brings practical, hands‑on experience to the table — including real TDD practice. His goal remains consistent: enabling people, products, and organizations not only to succeed, but to thrive through empiricism and sustainable delivery.
