More Information

AI-Augmented Scrum Mastery for the Real World

Artificial Intelligence is no longer optional in product development.

It is already shaping how teams:

  • analyze problems
  • make decisions
  • deliver value
  • learn from outcomes

Yet most Scrum Teams are adopting AI without understanding how it changes the system they operate in.

This creates a dangerous gap.

AI can accelerate insight.
But it can also distort thinking, reinforce bias, and introduce false confidence.

For Scrum Masters, this is not just a tooling shift.

It is a fundamental change in how empiricism works.

Why This Course Matters Now

Scrum Masters have always helped teams:

  • inspect reality
  • adapt based on evidence
  • improve how they work

AI changes all three.

It increases the volume of signals.
It changes how those signals are generated.
It influences how decisions are made.

The question is no longer:

“Should Scrum Masters use AI?”

The real question is:

“How do Scrum Masters work effectively in an AI-influenced system without breaking empiricism?”

This course answers that.

What You Will Learn

This is not a course about AI tools.

It is a course about working effectively with AI inside Scrum.

You will learn how to:

Understand AI in a Scrum Context

  • What AI actually is (beyond the hype)
  • How generative AI and agentic systems influence product development
  • Where AI helps—and where it misleads

Strengthen Scrum Master Capability with AI

  • Use AI to enhance facilitation without losing presence
  • Improve team decision-making using AI-generated signals
  • Support Developers and Product Owners without taking over their accountabilities

Apply AI Across Scrum Events and Artifacts

  • Use AI to enrich Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Interpret signals from Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Increment
  • Improve how teams inspect and adapt

Develop Practical Prompting Skills

  • Structure prompts to improve thinking, not just outputs
  • Generate multiple perspectives, trade-offs, and hypotheses
  • Avoid common prompting pitfalls that distort decisions

Introduce AI Responsibly into Teams and Organizations

  • Establish guardrails for ethical AI usage
  • Maintain transparency and accountability
  • Help teams experiment safely with AI

Enable Organizational Change with AI Signals

  • Use patterns from delivery and product data to surface systemic issues
  • Facilitate evidence-based conversations with leadership
  • Support shifts in funding, governance, and collaboration models

How This Course Is Different

Most AI courses teach tools.
Most Scrum courses ignore AI.

This course sits at the intersection.

It is designed for practitioners who already understand Scrum and want to:

  • stay relevant in an AI-driven environment
  • deepen their impact beyond facilitation
  • work confidently with AI in real product settings

This is not theoretical.

It is grounded in real-world application of AI within Scrum environments.

What You Can Expect

This is a highly interactive, hands-on learning experience.

You will:

  • engage in real-world scenarios
  • experiment with AI tools and prompting techniques
  • apply concepts directly to Scrum events and product work
  • learn through discussion, reflection, and guided exercises

The focus is not just understanding—but application.

Who This Course Is Not For

This is not a technical AI course.

It is not designed for:

  • machine learning engineers
  • data scientists
  • those looking for deep technical implementation of AI

The focus is on practical application within Scrum and product environments.
