This class covers important foundational topics including story splitting, documenting user stories, and getting feedback on the content and order of your Product Backlog using techniques such as Kano and MoSCoW.

All participants will receive a password to attempt the Professional Scrum Product Backlog Management Skills Certification. If you attempt the test within 14 days and don’t score at least 85%, you’ll receive a second attempt at no additional cost.

  • 1 day of discussion and activities designed to engage adult learners.
  • 1 free attempt to earn your PSPBM certification.  If you take the first attempt within 14 days after class completion and you don't pass, you will get a second try free.
