Who is the course for?

This course is aimed at professionals in any industry where teams are working to solve complex problems. The Professional Scrum Product Owner course is for:

There are many myths and misconceptions about the role of the Product Owner. The accountabilities of the Product Owner, however, go well beyond managing the Product Backlog and writing User Stories. The Product Owner is pivotal to bridging business strategy and product execution in order to help the Scrum Team create valuable products. 

In this course you will therefore get to know the Scrum framework, the Product Owner’s accountabilities as well as relevant aspects of agile product management that are crucial in today’s fast and complex world to maximize the value of a product.

Even as an already experienced Product Owner you get to know a variety of many well proven techniques that can help you maximize the value of your product even faster and more effectively.

Finally learning together in one place again! We are offering in Person classes on site and looking forward to welcoming you to exciting Berlin. The training takes place in the Lab-Studio Berlin which not only impresses with its historical charm but also with its generous size of 80 square meters. This way we will have plenty of room to conduct group exercises of all kinds.

Some general information about the area surrounding the site:

• The location is very central and getting there is really easy.
• Transportation from Berlin Central Station (Hauptbahnhof): 
  The Berlin central station is just over 4 km away, thus taxi fare is quite reasonable. 
  Alternatively, you can take a short bus or metro ride.
• The famous department store KaDeWe is less than 2 km away
• Berlin's famous street Kurfürstendamm is less than 2 km or 1 metro station away
• There are many Hotels in the area. One recommendation would be Mercure Hotel Berlin Wittenbergplatz which is 1.5 km away.
