Hi,

Am I right there are the same artifacts in Nexus as in Scrum (PB, SB and Increment)? Or the Nexus Goal is also the artifact in Nexus?

The Sprint Goal is not considered an artifact in Scrum nor Nexus.

In Nexus, the artifacts are the Product Backlog, the Nexus Sprint Backlog, and the Integrated Increment. Each Scrum Team in the Nexus also has a Sprint Backlog. Sprint Goals are defined at the Nexus and team levels, but are not considered artifacts.

In Scrum, the artifacts are the Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Increment.

Alfredo, I suggest you have a look at the content on this page including reading the Nexus Guide.

The Nexus Framework for Scaling Scrum by Dave West, Erik Bittner and Patricia Kong is incredibly helpful in my opinion, too.
