Hello,

I prepare the PSM1 exam and i have one question about the "inspectors". I don't totally understand what the Scrum Guide means with this sentence " Inspections are most beneficial when diligently performed BY SKILLED INSPECTORS at the point of work." Does it mean that inspectors are people skilled outside of the team?

Thanks for your clarification

If they were outside of the team, would they be at the point of work?
