Hello people,

I'm sorry I know this forum is a place for sharing knowledge but I need your help.

I hope you are all doing good & safe, since the whole world is impacted from Covida-19, too many people lost their careers, and there's no sign when it's over, but I hope things get back on its wheels once again.



the last couple of months, I have applied for more than 40 jobs out of that,only 2 companies interviewed me and reach to the final stage but nothing is confirmed yet.



the response I was getting is so negative, most companies would say that Your skills don't match with our company or Unfortunately, we didn’t feel this opening was the best match for you, but we appreciate the time you’ve invested in applying for this position. 

so for me as a Scrum Master or an Agile coach, what are the skills I need to improve, yet I have delivered big projects for multi companies in MENA region.



is there anyone who I can work with online for free just to keep myself engage !
