Product ownership has many facets. In order to successfully discover, develop, launch and maintain products and services, it is essential to master them all.

In this course, you will learn how you, as a Product Owner, can cover all facets from the idea to the delivery of a successful product. Together we will examine how you manage to live up to your accountability as a Product Owner and maximize the value of your product. 

Who is this training aimed at?

This training has been specifically designed for advanced Product Owners and experienced Product Managers, as well as for all advanced agile practitioners who are responsible for the success of a product in the market. Scrum Masters wishing to be an effective coach to Product Owners will also find valuable insights in this course. 

If you want to take a big step in your professional development as a Product Owner and to acquire one of the coveted certifications (PSPO II), then this training is the right one for you.

You do not need any previous knowledge of software development, just practical knowledge of Scrum and ideally you already have at least one year of practical experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager. Prior attendance of the PSPO course is recommended, but not mandatory.

  Improve structures outside of Scrum Team(s) which hinder the their agility in close collaboration with anyone relevant or necessary

  Understand the problems, challenges and possible solutions from a customer's perspective

  Maximize the impact of your decisions

  Focus on innovation, testing hypotheses and validating value to fuel product innovation
   
• Influencer
  Communicate with and influence stakeholders, customers and the Scrum Team in order to achieve a common goal

Finally learning together in one place again! We are offering in Person classes on site and looking forward to welcoming you to exciting Berlin. The training takes place in the Lab-Studio Berlin which not only impresses with its historical charm but also with its generous size of 80 square meters. This way we will have plenty of room to conduct group exercises of all kinds.

Some general information about the area surrounding the site:

• The location is very central and getting there is really easy.
• Transportation from Berlin Central Station (Hauptbahnhof): 
  The Berlin central station is just over 4 km away, thus taxi fare is quite reasonable. 
  Alternatively, you can take a short bus or metro ride.
• The famous department store KaDeWe is less than 2 km away
• Berlin's famous street Kurfürstendamm is less than 2 km or 1 metro station away
• There are many Hotels in the area. One recommendation would be Mercure Hotel Berlin Wittenbergplatz which is 1.5 km away.
