He began his career as Sofware Eng developing life-support medical devices, then discovered the power of teamwork as a Scrum Master building 5G networks across Europe, the U.S., and Asia. His journey through industries such as medical technology, logistics, telecommunications and banking taught him one truth: great products come from great teams.

Now based in Dakar, Mouhamed leads Agile transformation at a leading microfinance institution across Africa, empowering teams to deliver value guided by the African proverb “Alone, we go faster; together, we go further.”
